Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15. We celebrate the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. The reason for those dates is because most Latin American countries won their Independence during this time.

       I started the company in July of 1987 at the ripe old age of 29. Hardly did I know then what type of company we would have 30 years later. I can tell you one thing for sure: Quickscrews has great employees. We have spent a great deal of time and energy building the right team so we can create a great company. We are working towards that goal each and every day.

It is hard to believe my son has been working for the company over a year now. For those of you who have been keeping up, my son Nick is our youngest warehouseman. After Nick made some poor decisions last year, Greg and Debbie agreed to let him come in and work part time. What a difference a year has made! Not only is it great working with him, he has really matured over the last year.
