30 Years in the Making

I started the company in July of 1987 at the ripe old age of 29. Hardly did I know then what type of company we would have 30 years later. I can tell you one thing for sure: Quickscrews has great employees. We have spent a great deal of time and energy building the right team so we can create a great company. We are working towards that goal each and every day.

A True Family Business

It is hard to believe my son has been working for the company over a year now. For those of you who have been keeping up, my son Nick is our youngest warehouseman. After Nick made some poor decisions last year, Greg and Debbie agreed to let him come in and work part time. What a difference a year has made! Not only is it great working with him, he has really matured over the last year.

April Fool's at Quickscrews

After much thought, I would like to inform all of you wonderful Quickscrews customers and supporters that I will leaving my family business, to move to Antarctica to study the March of the Penguins. Just kidding, I’m not going anywhere-- I love this business and can’t stand the cold. April Fool’s!

The path to Self Employment

I have often told people how I started Quickscrews over 25 years ago. Rarely do I ever explain why I did it. As a young man coming out of college at age 24 with a degree in business I started out working in a construction company as a cost analyst. I worked for a small privately held company where the owner and his partner were very active in running the company. I worked in the operations department which was responsible for running the crews that were doing the building.
