Don’t just fix the symptom—find what actually caused it. Change the system so the problem doesn’t come back. If a temporary fix is required, make it visible and create accountability to follow up until the real fix is in place.
Clarify expectations upfront. Check-in frequently. Accountability is: who is going to do what by when. If expectations change, then reset them out loud. Name it when expectations are not being met.
Take responsibility for the energy and focus required to do your job well. Build habits around sleep, movement, nutrition, and recovery. Train awareness, attention, and self-control so you can perform consistently under pressure. Own your attitude, regardless of the circumstances.
Do the right thing, even when it’s uncomfortable, inconvenient, or costly. Tell the truth, no matter the consequences. Own your mistakes and make it right quickly. Don’t hide mistakes or shift blame.

How to Enter
To participate, post a photo or video of any project you are currently working on—or have completed in 2025—that uses Quickscrews as the primary fastener. Upload your post to Instagram, YouTube, or X and include the hashtag #quickscrewscontest in the caption. Only posts that include this hashtag will be considered valid entries. Entry posts must be posted starting November 19th, 2025 through December 31st, 2025. Entries dating older than November 19th, 2025 will not be considered.
Multiple Entries Allowed
You may submit multiple unique projects throughout the contest. Each project counts as a single entry, regardless of how many photos or videos you share of it. All media related to the same project will be judged as one entry.
Entry Deadlines
December 31st is the last day to enter for consideration.
Prize
One winner will be selected to receive a $500 cash award and will be awarded January 2026.
Claiming the Prize
If you are selected as a winner, you must contact the @quickscrews Instagram account via Direct Message (DM) using the same account that posted the winning entry. Failure to do so within 14 days of the announcement may result in disqualification.
Judging Criteria
This is not a giveaway or sweepstakes. Winners will be selected based on subjective evaluation by the Quickscrews staff, considering project quality, creativity, photo/video clarity, and personal preference. All decisions are final.
