ISC Surfaces, Inc.
ISC Surfaces - Tulsa
The name ISC Surfaces was introduced in January 2008. However, our company history dates back to the 1940s and encompasses that of three companies - Interstate Supply Company, Case Supply and AMC Tile Supply. We are pleased to blend the great traditions and histories of these three companies into one strong company focused on the future.
Interstate Supply Company was founded in the 1940s by James G. Alfring. The company was headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and began as a distributor of RCA radios, records and televisions; Whirlpool appliances; and other brown and white goods. In the 1960s, the company added flooring to the mix and later evolved to exclusively focus on the floor covering industry.
Case Supply was founded in 1973 by Warner Case. It operated in Kansas City and Wichita, Kansas. The company’s original product emphasis was ceramic tile, vinyl tile, cabinets, hardware and laminate. In the early 1990s, the company changed its product mix to ceramic/ porcelain tile, stone tile, laminate and hardware. Case Supply was acquired by Interstate in August 1999.
AMC Tile Supply Company was founded (under the name Missouri Metal Trims, Inc.) in 1947 by Sidney Arnold. The company was based in St. Louis, Missouri and specialized in the distribution of aluminum extrusion products. The company later expanded to floor covering and eventually focused exclusively on this industry. AMC Tile Supply was acquired by Interstate in June 2002.
